I'm very likely upgrading to another bike next year and a strong contender would be the FZ6. The only reviews I have found are on motorcycledaily.com and motorcycle.com (to which I don't have access).
Fortunately, there are a few here in the Toronto area that have had the opportunity to ride the bike for an extended period of time. Here's a link and quote's from folks who have ridden it. I was hoping to find more info on this bike if any exists.

"FZ-6 -- if you're in the market for a new bike take a look, no matter what you think you want. Unbelievable bargain, and a great bike even aside from the price. It WILL spin to 14,000. It's doing about 130 at seven; you do the arithmetic. Smoother than my Bandit 1200. Nice-feeling brakes, solid transmission, feels remarkably light. Great piece of kit, and comfortable to boot. What more could you want? Well, other than a readable tachometer. Oh, my knees tell me it's definitely a 17-litre tank."

"As for the FZ6, ditto on Larry's take on the bike.
From a womens point of view, nice & light, good seat height (both feet firmly on the ground, I know Larry-hush), turns around on a dime, & very smooth to handle. The seat is a tad firm IMHO despite my own padding. LOL. All in all, a great bike to own. I think I need a Bigger Garage!"
