Thought the naked sport bike community might be interested in this 1993 Suzuki VX800. Basically a GS with an 800 V-Twin and a shaft drive. Very cool bike.

Mods include:
Progressive shocks front and rear
Jardine exhaust
Mini turn signals
Trimmed rear fender
Custom windscreen.
Lanesplitter bar-end mirrors
LED taillight.
Corbin seat (not pictured)
Sealed maintenance-free battery.
Tires are in great shape. The paint is not perfect but still looks really good.
E-mail if interested.
BUMP for a cool bike.
That thing is BAD-ASS. It is like a shaft-drive mini Buell! Faster, too, I bet. Wish I could get it..... I wonder what Honda's equivalent would be.
I'd never even heard of this bike, but yeah, looks good! :thumb: I ASSumed air cooled at first... but it's not?! Really odd, are the fins on the cylinders just for looks? :cookoo:
The fins help cool. Just a little extra cooling ability in those very hot days. The fan only comes on when it needs to.
man that's cool ! (bump)
Man thats a cool bike. I don't even know what to compare it too. Awesome, too bad you are in the wrong Washington.
Rider magazine did a retrospective on that model in a recent issue.

Vags500- did you get that VX from a guy in Whitemarsh MD awhile back?
I have two 1991's myself. One is my rider... the other when I get to it is getting my sidecar....
Before I tagged mine (superbike bars). If it only had a 6th gear...
