Title: Anyone in/near Killeen TX?
Post by: makenzie71 on September 23, 2009, 03:52:05 PM
I really hate this but my sister needs a helping hand...she's too far from me or I would do it myself, and her husband is in Iraq...I really hate not being there to help my family.  Anyway, she has a Yukon Denali that needs an oil change and she needs to have her brakes checked out.  I'll gladly pay for supplies and I'll throw one of my wicked cool wire figures in as a tip (or a few bucks...I don't have much) if someone could go and change the oil and look at the brakes.

That's about the gist of it.

An oil change at Wal-Mart is not too much more than it costs to do yourself, why not send her there?

Because she has four children, two of which are toddlers, and both of them are allergic to sunlight (and everything else).  If it were as simple as saying "hey, here's a $20 just run up to Wal-Mart" I'd have done it.  Plus, Wal-Mart won't know anything about the brakes.
