Title: Katana 600 front that leeks oil !!! need help !!
Post by: rami205 on October 03, 2009, 06:10:32 AM
Hello to you all,
I have a problem with Katana 600 95' front conversion on my GS500 95'.
I've installed katana 600 front forks with the needed spacers for this modification..
When I installed the 600F forks, both forks started to leek oil throw the dust seals..
I send my forks to the garage to replace all 4 seals to original brand new seals and it still leeking with oil from the top dust seals...
Is there something that is reqired to do when I install the 600F forks? Does it have cummon problems with this modification?
I'm asking you all cause many users from this website did this conversion before and you all should know better then me..
Picture will be added if needed....
Many thanks,
Rami

the new seals are leaking
cause....
you bought leak proof fork deals....they suk
they were damaged during install
or your forks have damage(nick or scratch that cause a leak)
