Title: 2003 Yamaha Zuma, Bay Area - big bore kit, Leo Vince, and a lot more.
Post by: Roadstergal on October 07, 2009, 01:03:39 PM
Who needs a scooter that only goes 35mph?

This one has the 70cc Athena big bore (aluminum cylinder, not cast iron like stock), full Leo Vince ZX Handmade expansion chamber with carbon-fiber silencer, heavy-duty rollers, and is rejetted.  It buries the needle in the flats (I've been paced at 55+).  The big bore has under 100 miles on it.  It runs like a top - starts well hot or cold.  You'll also get a set of carbon fiber reeds we haven't installed.

The bike has the dual headlight mod, so both lights come on with the high beam - it does great things for being visible.  Lots of underseat storage.

It has oil injection - no premix.  Add gas and go.   We'll toss in an unopened quart of two-stroke oil.

Great city scoot, great pitbike, great errand bike.  It handles 35/Skyline no problem for getting into the city from the peninsula.  It laneshares beutifully.  I bought an MZ ratbike, and we're already over quota on bikes, so I have to sell it.

Reg good through July 2010.  7800 miles.  $1450.

Argh, I can't register on yet another forum.  ;)

Price is OBO.  This is the perfect complement to a moto.  It does everything but freeway, and you can toss your gear inside when you get where you're going, and not worry about it.  I've carried my hubby two-up on it no problem.

Yea Victoria is looking for scooter/GS/leather riding suit.

Sell em all to her ... NY, its over there by Calieeforniaaaaa right.

And remember R'gal is a franchaise, not McDonalds type crap, a high end franchise like China Queen buffet. And buying that riding suit is the hallmark of that franchaise. You can be R'gal too.

Cool.

Oh, c'mon, I was hoping I'd at least made it to the PF Chang's level...   :flipoff:

(Lower price, just for Victoria.  No suit included.)

Fine ... but I hate the PF Chang clowns and like china buffet.
I like buffet. Hometown buffet was my fave. So was that other one, red tomatoes or something.
There also was other one, fresh choices ... yea that too.
Cool.

We ate at PF Chang's last night.  We always eat at the bar and had a super-hot waitress.
