Title: ISO: Full Fairings 2009 GS500F
Post by: Jade on October 11, 2009, 07:19:59 AM
Lowsided my bike yesterday and I am looking for a full fairing kit, really looking for an OEM kit. If anyone has converted their 500F to a 500E I'd be very interested in your fairings.

depending on how bad your damage is, there are a few fairing sections on ebay right now.  you may not even need to repaint them

Hi,
what color are you looking for, and are you still looking? For the right price I might part with my front fairings, cowl, headlight, brace, etc (Everything you need). They are off a black/red 2005 gs500f. I was keeping them in case of future resale, but...maybe I won't. One of the fairings is brand new, with the requisite red/black suzuki stickers sitting in a bag waiting to be attached. I took off all the F parts and bought the new fairing to replace a cracked one after a lowside slide on grass a couple years ago. I decided I liked the bike much more naked. I think the fairing cost $170 or so. I saw someone else's entire kit go for $250-$300 a while back. I'd prefer more b/c one of the plastics is brand new, and it's my only incentive to drop the resale of the bike by the same amount. They are all in very good condition. Let me know what you think.
