You probably saw this last month with all the racetech goodies and a much higher price. Well here it is again, minus a few parts. I stole the recetech springs and emulators to put into my SV650S.
This is almost everything you need for a Kat swap on any GS500.

Here it is in a little more detail...
95 Katana 600 front forks. Perfectly straight. No rust or tarnish whatsoever. Paint even looks nice. Will come with .70 SV650S progressive springs, not the crappy stock .64 Katana springs. Freshly rebuilt with racetech oil seals, racetech dust seals, racetech bushings, and racetech oil. To use these forks, you will need to swap damper rods, fork caps and the adjustment rods from a junk set of Kat forks. Just find the cheapest junk Kat forks you can and pull those three parts off. (they don't wear out or break) Hell, I'll even swap them in for free if you send me a set...it takes 10 minutes.
95 Katana 600 Triple modded to fit GS500. Complete bolt on for GS500. Has GS stem pressed into Katana triple, then professionally welded. Steering stops were built up slightly to match GS turning radius. It's even tapped correctly to use Kat top bolt. Has new All Balls brand bearings. There isn't a nicer kat/gs triple anywhere. No spacers, no BS, just bolt on and go.
99 SV650/Katana rotors and 5 extra bolts. New style. Same size as old style but with updated design. Interchangable with 89-97 Katana.
95 Katana 600 calipers. Fresh rebuild with all new suzuki seals. New never used EBC HH sintered pads installed. Set up for aftermarket braided steel lines (not included). If you use stock lines (you must be crazy) there is a little fitting you will need. With aftermarket braided steel lines that piece is not used. Also includes reflectors and 2 mounting bolts. You'll need two more.
99 Katana 600 front axle. Interchangable with earlier style katana axles. Includes correct spacers.
Buddha fork brace. Fits GS or Katana.
There you have it, nearly everything you need for a Kat FE swap...all for $100. Price doesn't include shipping.

Good, thanks. I'm trying to resist the urge to go "mod crazy" right away. I have to give it a week or two. :D
How's your race quad treating you?
Got a trade for you if you want a GSXR FE. I have two. Call me.

Bob has dibs on the front end for now...but in case anybody was wondering what it would take to put this on a GS (other than the damper rod swap I mentioned)...
1. Kat brake lines and master cylinder
2. handlebars or clipons
3. modify your headlight and gauges to fit.
Like psyber said, your old GS500 wheel and fender will be reused. Heck, it even comes with the extra GS bolts to mount the second rotor! All the hard work is done. (and done right I might add :D)
