Looks very good to me - and the price seems pretty fair. Bleeding the brakes is a maintenance procedure to get air out of the brake lines.

That owner is asking $1,800 and mine was $1,600 with cowlings, bags and one year newer. So you could print out my ad and use it to haggle him down. Granted mine had twice the mileage but you don't have to mention that  8)
