This is a 88-89 GSXR front end for sale. It's a bolt-on and go and has already been installed on a GS. All of what you see is included and some details are listed below the pic.....
Top and lower triple trees
Clip-ons
Bolt-on stem with a proper spacer included
Forks and fork brace (One of the fork brace bolt heads is stripped. It's a allen head bolt. To remove the fork brace if needed/wanted you'd have to extract that bolt first.)
Axel
Dual rotors (Buddha approved)
Front rim in usable condition (Has some rash on the lip from the race track but balances out perfectly and the white paint has seen better days.)
Front tire (Good to go with plenty of life left in it)
Dual calipers with pads and stainless steel brake lines (Can it get any better?)
Master cylinder with brake lever
Two front fenders (One is used with a small crack in it and the other one is a brand new, unmounted, unpainted virgin waiting for you.)
The steering lock works with this front end. It requires two 3/4" to 1" spacers and two longer bolts to mount the ignition lock that i have and will include with the sale if i can find them. I bought them for less than two bucks at a local hardware store so if i can't find them it's no biggie. Also i can't find the caliper bolts at the moment because my bag of bolts is missing in action. There are four. Two per caliper. And it isn't a big deal either because the bolts have been used on 127 other bike models according to bike bandit. Here is the link for them: http://www.bikebandit.com/search-products?q=465863-001&ch=1&sc=9 (http://www.bikebandit.com/search-products?q=465863-001&ch=1&sc=9) When there click on the "Fits Machines" link below the "Add To Cart" link and you'll see what i mean. Most likely your local dealership will have them in stock or worse case scnerio you'll have to order them and wait a few days for delivery. They only cost $2.14 per bolt.
For the above listed bolt on 88-89 GSXR front end i'm asking $300 plus shipping.
Do not ask me how much it costs to ship to you.
I do not know.
Ask the people who ship stuff.
It would be coming from the 60089 zip code and weigh around 80 pounds.
Two different boxes weighing around 40 lbs each.
The guages.
They mount to the top triple tree.
They're meant for this front end.
They are not mine.
The seller is asking $75 for them.
Add that to your total if you would like them as well.
Here are a few pics with the FE on a GS.
In the pictures there is a different master cylinder as well as only one rotor/caliper mounted and a rusted exhaust.
Please ignore them :thumb:

The pain is still with me.
You expressed your dislike with it not being a dual rotor set-up hence the, "Buddha Approved" crack.

Unpainted virgin? I'll take the painted whore.
Is it a package deal? I dont really need a different wheel, let alone pained white...

Do you have a GSXR wheel? Reason is you'd need one. The GS front rim doesn't fit. It's to narrow.

if i bolt on to my 06, can i keep my fairings? i know the stems are larger than the gs stems and i'll have to come up with new headlight clamps, but other than that are there any issues? if not i may be interested
unless you have a naked you dont have headlight clamps and since your worried about keeping your fairing i know you dont have a naked bike so you dont need new headlight clamps. the headlight mounts in the front fairing bracket.
so these forks should bolt right on to my bike and interfere with nothing?
big will have to answer for sure but i think clipon tubes will be the only thing that youll have to tweek a bit

No idea. Never had the chance to install them on a GS with fairings.

Sure. It's $325 delivered to your door with everything except the gauges. If you want the gauges add $50 to the price.
