I know the Katana 600 rear shock is a common swap, does the Katana 750 rear shock work too?

Yes it does ...
If you have one its cool, but I recently unearthed a beauty ... and best of all, the entire cable is intact, the whole damn thing, perfect.
$50 shipped in lower 48.
