Post by: SIKDMAX on November 01, 2009, 10:24:19 PM
$26 shipped in the 48 states, this is a great resource to have on hand for anything GS related!  I got rid of mine so no use for this anymore :(

Let me know and I will Paypal the money to you.

No thanks, shipping alone will be $8 or 9 UPS.  Retail is what, $39.95 for the book?  I think $20 shipped is pretty fair eh?

Hi there,
Actually, shipping would be $4.95 in a USPS Priority Mail flat rate envelope, which the book would fit right into easily.
Nobody buys them for $40. These manuals are discounted at Amazon and other places.
In this case, you posted it the first time on Nov. 2. No one else seems to want it.  You posted it and bumped several times, reducing the price each time.
I offered $15 and would take it at that price.
I could use it and I want to be fair, too.
I'd still like to buy it from you. :) Come on, you sold the bike and didn't even give the manual to the new owner?  :) You must have been saving this for me, man!
:)
Let me know.
Take care,
Trwhouse

You are a tool.  I got PMs saying not to sell it to your dumb ass.

First person who PMs me gets it free, just so I can know I have the satisfaction of pissing off this jerkhole.

i have to agree with skidmax..  knowing the new price is 40 brand new.. 20 is definitely a deal.  why would you try to lower the price 5 bucks more when he already said no thanks to you.. you proceed to tell him.. its not going to sell so might as  well give it to you at the price you want?

You know, fellows, my inquiry on the manual came after he had no one interested in it for over a month.
I made him an offer.
He said no.
I asked him to reconsider, he apparently wanted to wait to get $20.
No problem. I didn't want or need it that badly.
Nevertheless, it's amazing, any time someone on GStwin.com decides to disagree with someone else, someone starts calling others here names. It amazes me. Adults can't just talk, analyze, agree or disagree without someone quickly resorting to calling people names, like we were on the playground again in fourth grade.
I never understand that, but it's not called for.
Next time, try saying "no thanks" instead of "jerkhole." Is that even a word? Really, now.
"No thanks."
It's simple.
Friendly.
Respectful.
As I have been to you this whole time that you listed your manual for sale.
Let's try to be a little nicer out there. We'll all benefit.
This is a great site, and I have been a happy participant for years.
We all learn from each other here and I have met some very nice and cool people here, and even gone riding with some of them.
I'm happy that you sold your manual.
Best wishes, and have a nice holiday season everyone.
