Title: slip-on exhaust $60
Post by: ineedanap on November 10, 2009, 06:50:13 PM
This is a Dale Walker Holeshot round aluminum slipon.  It is a 4" can with a 2" inlet and outlet.  It's louder than a yosh, but quieter than a D&D.  It has some very light scratches and is obviously not as shiny as new.  You might be able to polish it to make it brighter, but I've never tried.  It doesn't include the 4" hanger so you'll have to find your own.  $60 + shipping

It is in good working condition but if for some reason it pukes its guts out or something like that (it won't) I'll give you a full refund.

I have a carrier/hanger in I believe stainless, for this complete with internal scratch resistant asbestos material ...
I'll sell it for 10 and 5 shipping, so it will fit on a 01+ gs with nothing but a cut off and slide on. True slip on.

Ineedanap, damn dude, you're selling good stuff, and its going so slow I am getting disheartened. I'm never gonna make stuff and sell at this rate.
I looked into making cans last year. 125-150 per ... minimum 10 for something comparable to the holeshot/D&D variety. Not quite yosh, but not cheapo V&H/cobra junk either.

Cool.
Buddha.

Clamp on a 04+ and need a slipper for the stock 89-00 header ID to the 2inch ID that this has.
Cut it at the flare, slide on the thing, weld it to the old can's welding smooth and sand and paint, then slide on for 89-00.
Cool.

Its cool. Have no real desire for the benifits of a new exhaust besides the audio aspects. It would have just been something cheap to tinker with to me.
