It comes complete with everything needed to fit on a GS. Cut and fit on a 01+, and 89-00 cut, weld the little slipper I send along on to the header and fit.

The penny is there for reference for size of the ding. Its more than likely going to be covered up by the hanger strap.

Hanger, clamps and everything needed is included.

$150 and shipping, prolly $20 to most of US.
Add a jet kit to your setup for $22 more.
