my engine gets really hot =( and u noe the handle bars thers like hot air coming out donno if gs500fs are meant to be this hot or im jst paranoid , im used to driving 125 150, they not this hot lOl and by hot i mean like u can feel the heat on ur legs while riding and air comign up in the middle of handle bar near the gauges ! not on the actual handleb ar area

Where do you ride? If you're in a lot of traffic you're gonna feel a ton of heat. Half the reason I stopped riding years ago was because I moved to the city, and got plenty tired of having a 225 degree motor between my legs. The heat coming up by your handlebars is because your bike is wrapped in plastic, and since heat rises, thats where it all gets pushed too. Just pull the fairing off and you should feel fine! :thumb:
It's gonna get hot because it's a motor, but keep in mind it's still air cooled, so if you're sitting in rush hour traffic for an hour every day there's no cooling system to keep the temperature down. If you stop and know you're gonna be sitting there for 10 minutes, I'd shut the bike off and just turn it back on when traffic gets moving.
