Yessir, I just ordered the .460 Rowland conversion kit for my Combat Commander. Dirty Harry wished he had a gun like a .460 1911
Holy cripe. now, we will need before and after pics, both shooting and non shooting. that is the epitome of baddassness O0
Its a project gun. I put 300 rounds through it yesterday without a problem. Cosmetically, its a little rough but mechanically its perfect. Wilson bulletproof everything from the extractor to extended ejector. I have to duracoat it but am waiting until I get the conversion kit so I can make the compensator match. The only thing I really need to figure out is whether I'm going to get rid of the series 80 firing pin block or not.
Careful about saying wilson bullet proof everything. Wilsons has a couple of different price ranges on parts and the lower priced line is manufactured using metal injection molding and they have hard parts failure issues. I wouldn't worry about the series 80 safety,
Ehh terry post pics anyways. i DO haVE TO SEE THIS. I MISS MY BIG GUNS. ( SOLD ALL BUT ONE RECENTLY ) just have a pt22 now. may trade it for a keltec 9mm. i do like shooting. that 22 did me well for my ccw exam tho :police:
Keltec will probably be my next one.Don't know if I want the Small 9mm to carry or this http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/plr16.htm (http://www.kel-tec-cnc.com/plr16.htm) :thumb:
I wanna see pictures of the finished 1911!
I wouldn't carry or trust a keltec with my life . . . there's small good quality 9mm's out there, especially if you live in a free state. get a sig sauer p250 subcompact :2guns:

Still no sign of the conversion, but the gun is completely stripped and I'll probably duracoat it tomorrow. I've got a spring and pin kit from ed brown to put in too.
