You can take the lock set to any locksmith and they will make you another key, plus a SPARE or 3 to keep at home! Don't know how much, but I can guarantee it will be cheaper than the dealer. You won't have the suzuki key with the black fob part though.
Someone is selling a complete fairing set on ebay for $200. So that's probably how much you would pay for a good set of used fairings. But, a lot of people will tell you to go naked. I'm considering it, but I like the wind block it provides me when I'm doing 70 mph and it's 30 degrees outside. I don't know about the spec II fairings. Someone else could chime in on that. Don't know why they wouldn't fit on an 05 though.
The fairing set I mentioned comes WITH the headlight and headlight surround. A LOT of guys here go naked. You shouldn't have any trouble at all finding these parts. The kickstand? I'm sure someone on here will sell you one they have laying around. If not, I'm sure you can get one on ebay for $20.
Winterizing, eh. You'll be fine. Doubt the tank will be rusty since it's an 05. Might need to clean the carbs or something. Easy stuff though.
I think I could get everything done for...$300 easily.

It's always a better deal to fix a bike up than it is to sell it, unless you really don't want to bother. You'll pay the most if you want the bike exactly as it was before, but if you're not too picky it shouldn't cost you too much. Going naked is your cheapest option. New handlebars/bar ends can be had pretty cheap. Even if you find fairings that don't match you can just repaint the whole thing yourself, bondo and tank dents and paint over those as well. You can definitely find a kickstand easily on here. I posted for one a while ago and got a couple responses. Until then you can just use your centerstand.

Step one: be careful in the sandbox. All other advice is moot if you don't get back home.
Key is easy. Assuming you don't have anyone who can go drain the fuel out of the carbs now, you'll have a mess to clean up there at minimum when you get home. Many options on fairings, lack therof, custom ones, etc.
Sounds like you got off easy on crashing (any you can walk away from is a good one), and the bike did as well, which means fixing it won't be too bad. Only way it gets expensive is if you have to have it "just like factory new", right down to the paint and stickers being stock. If you make it your own, it's far more affordable. You'll want to check for "Goats" (rotor magnet damage) given that is was a left side crash - not a big deal - drain oil, pull left side cover, check magnets for damage, post pictures, advice and loaner tools will come forth if needed.
If you have a local contact that can do this, have them check on the key with the tow company. And drain the carbs...

Thanks guys. Im thinking I am going to try and restore it. I would like to keep the fenders. I would like to have a new, or like new complete set, and paint the whole thing. The King situation doesn't seem like a big deal, glad to hear that. Will check for "goat" damage and clean the carbs. I should be home for R&R this summer, hopefully things wont be too bad? No one out there with anything on the Spec II fairings?
