Post by: yamahonkawazuki on March 16, 2010, 01:54:16 AM
i found out 2 weeks ago, that my diabetic "episode" as teh cop put it. is causing a health suspension of my drivers licence normally id be like  :2guns: over that. BUT TBH it needs to happen. that aside, i just finished this:
(http://i519.photobucket.com/albums/u360/gstwin/Mobile%20Uploads/0310001919.jpg) becasue i have 2 30 mile round trips every month to a doctor. and my income has went down roughly 90% . lol. so im applying for disability ( temporarily, until i get myself straightened out.  that being said, i need to find some road tires for this bike

like this:

so whats wrong with the tires on there? its the motor working not your legs? the ebay tires are designed to create minimum drag (thus traction), so your legs work less at higher speeds. I am pretty sure regular tires would provide the best rim protection(bending), not sure about handling at those speeds.

so are you going to be atgatt? most automotive accidents occur below 25mph. dunno about bike.

wear some bike shorts.....under your clothes

Working on atgatt. broke as hell lol. got a proper headlight. 5 almost hit by cars this week alone. i tapped 2 of them with my foot while yelling, brakes suck arse at 30. gear. well, before tires. goin after a helmet, the tires are 10 years old, BUT in decent shape. main hting is well higher speeds at times, BUT mainly less rolling resistance. so WHEN i have to pedal, wont have to as much, PLUS wiht the knobbies on it, it vibrates, like well,   :icon_twisted:, it kills my back. trying to remove the vibes as much as possible out of it. as soon as i can. filling the handlebars with bb's to lessen it somewhat. after i round up fundage to get a lid, ill get that, then tires

Buddha Loves You complained, i gave her a choice, said, either you can let this go, OR you can call the police, and explain why YOU caused an accident, i cna come up wiht all sorts of broken crap on my bike, she let it go

Hmmmm i overhau;led this engine in 1994 at highschool shop class. it ran then. tonight i got into my workshop and pulled it out, primed the carb,  and it ran briefly, im contemplating  fabing up an enigne mount, and putting this beast on a bicycle ( it is pretty clsoe visually to a 3.5 briggs engine. this one at 7k rpms runs near 14-14.5hp if i decide to use it, im repaiting shroud, and other rusty looking parts. cause it lookes like hammered shaZam! right now

BTW this engine is 85cc's in displacement

i went ahead and got it. DAMN that thing is FAST !.... WITHOUT an engine. thought about getting a 66cc for it. BUT i think ill install another 50cc when funds permit. has the mavic wheelset, shimano 105 equipment ( brakes derraileur,)
and a cateye astrale 8 cordless speedo. thing is fast on chevrolegs alone :icon_mrgreen:
