Title: painting calipers
Post by: gregvhen on April 20, 2010, 12:11:19 PM
I was wondering, is there anyone on here who has painted their claipers? or at least one of them? I was thinkin about getting some red caliper paint and doing them, but I need to know if I should be careful of certain parts or is it pretty much obvious just dont paint parts that move?

Obvious - don't paint pistons or pads, lol.

Nope, paint the rotor with truck bed liner.  Then install new pads to wear down the liner and you will have perfectly setup brakes for any performance needs. lol
