That buzzy vibrations I used to talk about disappeared after this weekends tightening of the bolts.
You see everytime i would check for tightness it had been after a short or an extended ride (meaning after it cooled down enough). I guess the block was still warm enough or whatever to make the bolts seem tight.
I found 2 exhaust bolts that were relatively loose (unlike the others which i couldnt turn) and one other bolt (which i think was bad to start with cause i broke it - engine side case bolt - clutch / sprocket cover).
Anyway now that rhythmic vibration (one of them) has gone by, now i can actually tell the gs500 is buzzy, but its not actually that bad of a buzz.
I will do a valve job and tighten everything down again and then i will be content.
