So I was wondering what kind of performance upgrades can I do to my 04F? Can you guys be specific on what each thing can do to the GS?

Check out the upgrades section of the wiki.  If anything interests you, search the forum on it, there's usually a handful of posts by people explaining how they did it themselves.

I was just on it that you can put a Katana 600 shocks on it. So I was wondering if any year will be compatible with my 04F?
