Title: Need the spacer on the sprocket side of the rear tire.
Post by: bombadillo on May 23, 2010, 09:56:18 PM
I lost the spacer on the sprocket side of the rear tire that goes between the swing arm and the bearing.  It just looks like a big washer or a small piece of tube if you would.  Anybody know where I can find one and is it a dealer specific item only?

You're not gonna find anything like it at a hardware store, you'll either have to pay for a new one at a dealership or bike bandit, or you could go to a machine shop and have them make you one on a lathe. Check for a price on bike bandit first, if it's ridiculous expensive I'd see about having one made. The price could go either way on that one.

I assumed he was talking about #10, since that one(along with #5) are the ones that fall out and roll across my floor every time I pull the rear wheel off my bike.
