A friend of mine, Corey (AFM #944) took a few videos of me during practice for AFM Round #3 at Infineon. I'm riding my Suzuki GS500, and he's on his Yamaha GPZ 550. If I recall correctly, these videos are at about a 2:12 pace (warmup lap) and drop down to a 2:08 pace. This is about 6 seconds off my race pace.
The engine is stock, from air filter to muffler. Front suspension is emulators, springs, fluid, and brace. Rear suspension is a Katana 750 shock, tires are BT003RS.

Hey Burning1
I am thrilled that you are over here again,
I would like to thank you for your posts, pics and videos..
It was very inspiring for me... I am somehow doing similar steps as you had... I am finishing my GS project.. and planning to hit the track in a constant way from October on.
Cheers from Brazil.
Sorry Kito, I think I revived an old thread. I stumbled upon the video and thought it deserved a bump, shows that a good rider can get a gs around the track pretty quick!
Thats right! :icon_lol:.. my bad... I seemd like a Justin bieber fan, right?
I would really like to talk to this guy, Cincykz!
And if you go find other videos of him... you can have an idea of what a GS is capable of... this guy squeezed all the juice from the bike.. My plan is to do the same before upgrade horsepower.
I like this video instead... where he passes all the 600cc  (not that the 600s pilot are .. that good.. of course)
