Title: 'Go Green' with a free car?
Post by: tt_four on June 01, 2010, 03:57:54 PM
I was looking something up on the Sprint website, and I see they had a link that said you could enter a drawing to 'go green' and win a new car. What kind of environmental prize is a car?? How about, to encourage someone to be more environmental, you give them absolutely anything besides an SUV??  :cookoo: That's great that it's a hybrid, but I can think of hundreds of things a suburban mom could do to be environmental instead of buying a hyrid SUV. If it needs to be a vehicle for some reason, it could've been a hybrid car, but I guess what's the point in trying to make an efficient engine if you can't wrap it in a couple thousand extra pounds of deadly excess??  :dunno_black:

You just fail to understand "green". It's not green like grass; it's green like money. I mean it's better for the enviroment to continue driving your suburban than it is to build a new prius.
