I'm moving to the south and can't justify shipping a car and a motorcycle, so the GS has to go. I'm not happy about it, but I hope someone else on the forum can benefit from my misfortune.

Reduced to $1700.
I'd move with the car, catch a bus/train back and then ride the bike to the new home. Which would give me a good excuse for a Prolonged Ride :thumb:
But that's me. Good luck w/ the sale.

I'm considering it -- I really hate to give it up, it's a great bike.
I sold the bike this afternoon -- the buyer did his homework, found the forum, and waded through my old posts to look for undisclosed issues. I really like dealing with smart buyers.
My next bike might be a SV or maybe I'll hold out for a BMW, but my GS will always be my first bike. I miss it already!
cay, thanks for a great bike. Im sure i will enjoy riding it, dont worry its in good hands, she is already wiped down and covered up.
