Title: molybdynum sulfide grease

so it says to coat the cam journals with the stuff. what exactly is it? looked online but... i still dont get it. quick help? pictures/brands/names would be helpful

I'm not sure which 'it' you're referring to, but it sounds like what you're looking for is 'engine assembly lube.'

If your assembling the heads then you need assembly lube, moly is the best. It is used to lubricate the engine components for the first few seconds of running on a new part before oil hits them.
