Title: Should insurance for an M1 cost more than the insurance on an M2?
Post by: qwiky on June 26, 2010, 12:53:49 PM
so i've got my m1 and i paid the first half of my insurance, i'm a secondary driver on my dads policy... but since M2 gives you the ability to ride at night & with a passenger he says its gonna be like $3000 more ontop of what i paid. other people say it ussually doesn't matter. also my dad said that i could get my M2 but i would have to get special insurance for the passenger?!?!?!? isn't that liability?? insurance is such bull$#!T

Where do you live that there is different levels of motorcycle license?  It makes sense you would need more coverage if you intend to carry passengers.
