Title: dash? light
Post by: Dorianfes on October 25, 2003, 05:10:01 PM
as i posted before, someone hit my bike a couple of days ago.  when i started her up to make sure it wasn't too messed up i noticed that the lights on the speedometer don't come on anymore.  does anyone know how i could fix this?  or where i can get a suitable light to replace it?

thanks,

Dorianfes

This is a perfect opportunity for you to do JeffD's LED speedo/tach replacement.  clicky (http://www.gstwin.com/led_gague_lights.htm) :thumb:

Those bulbs are pretty fragile. It's just a rubber boot that plugs in a hole in the back of the gauge. Pop it out and replace the bulb. It's $1.99 for a package of 2 at Auto Zone.
