This is the plug and wiring coming from the integrated tail light:

This is the existing wiring for the indicators(2 indicator wires):

This is what is connected to the integrated tail light (1 indicator wire Yellow for right turn, blue for left turn):

don't do what i say until others either approve or disagree lol I don't trust myself, but what I'd say to do is cut of the big plastic terminals and wire everything via this product: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/accessories/Reese-60-in-wire-and-4-way-connector-tail-light-converter/_/N-262o?counter=0&itemIdentifier=182754_0_0_
that's what I'm going to do when I get around to it. But I'm using that product so that the two existing bulbs will be my tail light/parking light/signal lights.

how does it work? i connect everything to that, then plug in the new tail light or something lol?

the main thing i dont get is how, i wire up the indicators... going from a 2 wire system to a 1 wire system..... confusing... lol

You need to figure out which wire is for each of the 3 functions that are on the existing connection (running light, brake light, ground) and connect them to the corresponding connections on the new light and the 2 turn signal wires should just plug in to the wire.  Might need to extend them though not knowing how long the wires are if they will reach of not.

As far as connecting the wires for the taillight you could splice and solder the wires but then if you needed to remove the taillight you will need to cut the wires so i wouldn't advise this method.

Best bet would be to go to a radio shack or autozone and just get a set of the white ends like what are on both connections so that you can disconnect them easily if you need to remove the taillight for any reason.  Something like these (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103293).  You only need a 3 prong but a 4 prong will work just fine and you just leave 1 spot empty.  I would also use either something like these (http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103500) and run a new wire from the existing plug for the taillight to the new connector for the integrated taillight in case you ever decide that you want to go back to the stock taillight the existing wire will still be there for a simple connection.  Instead of those i would probably cut the wires far enough back and solder 3 wires together (1 for source, 1 to stock harness, 1 to new harness) and then wire shrink wrap them or electrical tape them to keep the bare wire from being exposed to potential water.

If any of this is unlcear of you need any more explanation let me know.

for the turn signal indicators, there are 2 wires oin the bike, 1 positive, and one ground. the ground is black with a white stripe, so connect the other 2 wires, and that part is done.  for the stop-tail-ground, if you dont plan on using the stock one again, cut the plug off the light side, leaving a few inches of slack.  then cut the plug off the new light, and solder the wires together, using heat-shrink tubing.

There is 2 wires on the bike, but only 1 wire comming from the integrated tail light(new tail light), are you saying connect the positive wire and attach the ground to the bike frame?
