Title: Weekend twistie fun video uploaded.
Post by: mister on August 09, 2010, 04:09:29 AM
As you watch, you'll see I catch up to four bikes. All of them larger CCs than the GS. Oh yeah, the GS rocks...

Slightly faster than my normal videos as I wasn't leading a ride, nor following, for this section. Just having some fun on this bumpy-ass road.

Nice run!  And definitely a nice weather, too!
It seems that you're keeping quite close to the middle divider line.  I would normally hold closer to the centre of the lane.  Or is it just the way it looks on the video?

The video makes corners look less sharp, bikes in front further away, bumps less bumpy and lines closer than they are.

I am pretty well riding in the right wheel rut. On these rural type roads the center isn't really that good a lot of the time. The bike in front of me is closer to the center line than I get. Cause you just never know when a car coming the other way will drift over.

Nice vid that, some sweeping bends rather than twisties. Nice roads too. :thumb:
