I've searched for cruise control modifications on the forum and have found product, but I have a different question: I'm wondering what type you have?
I have the Cramp Buster. Best $10 I spent. Took a lot of cramps out of my right hand which was subject to tendonitis.
Mary
This just fits under your palm?
I got a Cramp Buster too. For intermittent relief of the throttle hand it is ok. *I* found, the ideal position for highway riding is too high up for how I position my hand when I apply the front brake. So, it'd be having a little throttle while braking - not good! So I adjusted it so it doesn't interfere with braking. Which makes is a little less ideal for Constant use as a highway aid. But, used intermittently, and as a kind of assist, it's a treat.
I'm thinking of getting a Cat O-Ring to try as a type of cruise control. I believe the part number is 8M4991. Leave it loose between the inside of the grip and when you want to use it, push it down in the gap and it is supposed to hold the throttle on.
Michael
I've been thinking about the O-ring too, but I'm not sure which is better: being able to lock the throttle open or having to do less work with your hand. I know which is safer, but which is better?

WOW that's a lot of buttons. Does the one with the helmet open your visor too?
Mary
That button is for the power windscreen. No, I'm not screwing with you.
That's a BMW isn't it?? :cookoo:
I myself have this. it is great, and has adjustable tension

It looks nice too, at least on that bike.
