all these people latley are getting theses moving avatars? i especially like Rashads and Rich500s. just wanted to know.
All they are is animated gifs, I know that rich's comes from another forum and he just linked to it, I did that on mine for awhile but. It was noted to me that it was too wide. :o
Yep, and Rich500's is too tall.
There I go, opening my mouth again! :guns: Kerry
Ypur correct Kerry, it is too tall!!!
I got it from another forum is rights. Its a friend of mines. We both have Chevy's so that explains it.
I was not going to make it smaller till someone notices (Kerry was first)
so maybe Ill change it now. Just go to other forums, and right click on an avatar you like, and it will give you the URL!
Mine is just an animated gif also. I linked to it from another board, go trolling around some other boards for cool avatars/sig pics. Or search for motorcycle animations (like i said in other thread)
While Rich500's might be to tall, I vote that we make an exception in this case.

LMFAO!! :thumb:
So am I Rich, so am I....
thanks for all the help.
all sorts of stuff out there just gotta look  :thumb:
I saw a good one of a guy punching himself in the face. Another of a dude in full leathers dancing away. Its classic. Check out //www.groundpilots.com. Its a bike club in Calgary which I ride with. THere are all sorts of good avatars in that forum!
As I said on another thread... I think Rick's avatar sets womans rights back about 20 years. But being in Canada and those long cold winters I guess anime soft porn has its place ;) :nana:
Anyway, I was hoping rich would fix it but hasn't yet. Not the end of the world though.
Now I am FAR from a prude though cartoon boobies don't do a thing for me. But I am shocked that no girls on this board have said anything (as kerry said). If and when they do then I'll address it. Till then maybe rich can look into resizing boobie girl to 100 pixels tall at his convenience. He'll need someone who can resize an animated gif. maybe someone here knows how to do that?
ATTENTION: Sexist Rich
You need to find a host for this avatar but I did resize it for you to 100 pixels tall and squeezed the file size down to only 15k from 49k (for faster page loads for us moden users).
http://www.gstwins.com/images/bouncyboobs2.gif
It will only be hosted here for a couple days till you find a host (right click and save). Somehow I don't think Kerry will host it for you as he has a strong moral compass but you could ask him (whats the worst he can say?).
ps. I think I did a darned good job resizing it and compressing to 1/3 file size myself
Hey john what prog. did you use to do the resize with?
wow, im going to have to agree with you, VERY good job on that. I have trouble resizing pictures!
Btw i'll host it for ya unless you have something already lined up:

I don't so much have a problem resizing pics, just animated gifs.
when ever i try to resize something it turns into a long involved process of making the stupid pixles not mush togeather, then when i get done, it looks stupid, and I just give up and drag it smaller, and it looks fine. I put far too much into things sometimes!
I know the prog I use to view and resize pics is ACDSee which is a shareware prog. you just have to make sure that you have the original ratio selected so that way you can do it per pixels or a percentage of the original
Quote from: MooseHey john what prog. did you use to do the resize with?
I use paint shop pro 6 and animation shop 2. You can download an evaluation at
http://www.twang.net/download/graphics/paintshoppro/ the file is PSP60ev.exe
Resizing an animation is pretty easy, just select resize. You can also cull out frames to reduce size. I actually resized the animation, then selected a few frames and removed them, exported the remaining frames to Paint shop pro, sharpened the pics sent them back to animation shop and saved the file.

Yeah I have the PSP70 prog at home(on one of my computers, have to figure out which one) gotta love full version ;) I will have to redo the dancing gif that I had on here previously.
moose. you have PSP7 and didn't know how easliy you could resize an animation :bitchslap:
Whata up?!
I was gonna resize it this evening, when I got around too it.
Thanks for doing it for me though. Saves me a few minutes.
Ah, Canadian winters, they are too be reckoned with. Rather than the anime however, I personally feel that the snowboard girls that are all around my ski house do a much better job warming me and my friends up!!
Now Im just being rude!

Yeah I know, hell I don't even get to play on my computer anymore, it has been taken over since lucky's nic went down. BTW rich I already showed it to lucky and she didn't seem to have any problems with that, then again there are 4 guys living in the house with her. There isn't much she would have a problem with anymore (except leaving the toilet seat up)
Anyone else notice how much less distracting it is at 100 pixels tall?

Do those snow bunnies look like this by any chance?
DAMN John how did you know that the women rich partied with looked like that. :o :o

Umm... no they definatley dont.
More like this. My girlfriend (this isnt her by the way) is a pro semi pro snowboarder, and she is smoking fine. I love snowboarder girls!!!
Thats something I would like to try(snowboarding) Like there will ever be enough snow in tx to be able to do that. I think it would be a cold day in hell before that would ever happen.
A cold day in hell indeed!
Snowboarding is amazing! Its such a great sport. Not as good as motorcycling, but nice none the less. /Better than skiing (although not quite as fast). If your gonna try it, go somewhere worthwhile, like sapen, or somewhere in colorado, idaho, montana, washington, or better yet ALBERTA or BC!!!
Must... restrain... from going... on long... tirade... ;) I'll try to keep it brief.
John... You say Rich's avatar puts women's rights back 20 years. I assume because his avatar is jokingly stereotyping women. You then go on to sterotype Canada with "long winters" jokingly. Is this not being hypocritical to a certain degree? To be overly sensitive, this could degrade others' views of Canada... which is an awesome place to live. Just for the record, we don't live in igloos... ;)
Everyone... I think we have a great group of people on this board and John does a great job as Admin. This is a multinational board with many different values. While we should be sensitive to not offending other's values, we should also be tolerant of values that we may not agree with.
We live in societies where people actively look to be offended when there is no reason to be. Let's be better than that.
Reading between the lines, John has shown a good example of tolerance. I just wanted to spell it out with this tirade.
Dang... that was too long... sorry.
Peace!
ALRIGHT Im offended now, I live in texas and everyone else sucks!! (Damn did I just say that outloud) :nana: J/K folks I had to through something in there, being my usual smartass self.
Whats up?
Lerxst,
John wasnt being all that serious about the sexest comment or the long cold canadian winters with porn comment either.
Its just like if I said that americans must be getting dumber, because they are mostly imbreds rednecks screwing their cousins. Just a stereotype perpetuated by the media (cough ...uh uhh jerry springer).
FOR THE RECORD, I AM NOT TAKING A SHOT AT AMERICANS, JUST MAKING A POINT. I am half american, so I sure hope it aint true at least.
Regardless, I think it is hard for people to understand the context that the author of a post has written it in. It is so easy to look at Johns, or my post and say, oh yah, its offensive, or mean, or whatever else. You cant always get your mood when writing the post to transfer into words. I hope that makes sense!
What no comment about what I said rich, damn now my feelings are hurt.
I totally agree Rich. I think John's great and I wasn't offended at all.
I was just taking his comments to an extreme to make an example of what I was trying to convey.
My message may have come across wrong cuz I was trying to be brief and, like you said, written text can be so easily misunderstood.
I was just trying to get on my soap box and say "People, relax..." which they probably all are anyways...
I'll shut up now...
DAMN YOU MOOSE, BURN IN HELL!!!!! Your dont mess with texas attitude really makes me mad. cousin loving jerks!!!!
joking :)
Is that better moose? I had to make you feel included!!!

Rich500:
I'm offended by your avatar because:
a) The Chevy logo.
b) I didn't find it first.
:nana:
And Moose, I hear tell y'all up in Dallas wear 10 gallon hats and snake skin boots every day and ride your horses to work.
'Twas a sad day indeed in our family when my brother moved there. He's dead to us now. ;)

Man this could be a war between texans, I personally can't stand houston because of all the traffic and the humidity. I thought about moving there, and instead went to visit a friend of mine(changed my mind real quick). Rough area, but its rough in areas of any city you go to.
You guys are priceless!
Don't feel bad, Moose. I was born right up yonder from you - in Oklahomer!
Even though I haven't been back to visit Oklahomer since about '86, I reckon it still makes us both country bumpkins to some degree!
Heeyuck heeyuck.
I love Texas. All of it pretty much. Im from Texas of the North (Alberta), and I find that Texas reminds me of home in some ways. I cantd ecide whether Calgary is more like DAllas or Houston, or if its more like Denver (even though thats in Colorado). Either way, us Canucks could give y'all a run for your money in Cowboy credentials. YEEHAW!!!
Hey, I do wear my cowboy boots regularily, witht he 10 gallon hat, and I do ride my horse, just not too work... I find they arnt so good in traffic at 40mph.

Can we at least agree that we wouldn't want to live in El Paso? :)
(Oops, probably offended
someone there).
It's funny, I live in West Houston and have friends in North Houston and relatives in South Houston. The terrain, vegetation and such are enogh different across town that I find those areas unattractive and wouldn't want to live there.
I'm pretty lucky, I have a 12 minute drive to work on back streets. No traffic, no stop lights, the only bear is that I have to cross three major streets at stop signs.
The humidity can be a problem, but it keeps the women looking young. We visited friends out in El Paso a few years back and I broke out in a rash. I think my skin just coulcn't take the lack of moisture.

Hey a good horse can keep a steady gallop for awhile, just not if you had to go very far. I still wear my boots to work alot. Black boots go with just about everything but shorts and wearing them with your boxers/briefs (Just looks funny). I have lived here most of my life but was born in Oregon, have only been back to visit once. Would like to come up to Canada for a vacation some day and bring back some cubans :thumb:

Cuban products: one of our many virtues! I have been known to smoke a cuban, or 2 every so often, and I will say, its great to stroll downt he street, big ol' stogey burning away, cowboy boots and wranglers, a snowboard company shirt on, with my Iron Cross belt buckle and straw hat on my head. Thats a good feeling being a punk ass Canadian Redneck. WE even put horns on the front of my friends Escalade when we go cruisin. Blaze a little Tim Mcgraw, aand your in business.!!!
You are guhyouareenteed to have a good time.

Hell yeah, see the funny thing is I listen to HM as well as country. My roommate has a set of horns he put on the front of a lincoln. It was hilarious.
