I'm in california but I'm not in the market for another bike at the moment.  I'm just admiring its beauty and hope someone buys it as it's awesome.

I did a lot of kat FE's in 08 and a few in 09. I quit doing em mainly cos the general lay public has no clue of what it is superiority is like. I have seen some of my friends try to sell GS'es with kat FE's only to have em sit forever. The general craigslist flakes are too stupid to understand.
Anyway mdow good luck with it. I suggest CL cos its local, however I also wanted to warn you.
Cool.

I think its all the white noise about the 200, the 250 and the 400 buck GS'es that may or may not exist.
Well the 250 one is real for sure cos it is a gstwinner who posted after he got it, the rest are CL floaties ... y'a never know what those are.

Cool.

It's the economy. Supply and Demand.   Fall sucks for selling bikes. Your better off borrowing some garage space somewhere and selling in the spring. Nice bike though. If I didn't have one, I'd look at it.

Strangely - it actually makes a good time for selling used bikes, cos credit has got harder to get, and people actually are reluctant to take on debt, they also can see its getting freezing cold and get reluctant to plan in advance for spring. The first hit of a recession can be bad for selling used bikes, because there is a flood of them from recently laid off people, but once we are in it for a while like now, the conditions are better.

Weather and winter are the biggest things to affect it IMHO.

That is too bad, good luck. Now let me see if there is any of em clowns that say this and that to me wanting to buy one. You're in western VA if I recall ? Blacksburg ? I've been there 2 X atleast and bought bikes from 2 gstwinners. One of those was on july 4th 06 and as soon as I got it off the truck and rode it to the autoparts store, someone backed over it, and her insurance paid me 2 X what I had just paid for the thing. Thanks to a 900 buck list price exhaust system and soemthing like a 300 buck alternator cover and several 100 for grips and levers and what not ... none of which I even replaced. Rode the thing 3-4 weeks and sold it.
Cool.
