Title: Aquired a parts bike with my GS
Post by: reajcox on October 05, 2010, 06:30:56 AM
Yall, I'm new to gstwins. and I know that kinda bothers people. But I've been reading the forums for about a year. My first GS was t-boned and today I finally got another. The previous owner also had a pile of parts and they came with it. Frame, Swing arm, complete wiring harness, turn signals, air box, light, tail light, carbs, triple tree, tail fairings, grab handle, seat... it'd be easier to say a disassembled bike minus the tank, forks, engine, and front wheel.

I'm in Mineral City, Ohio and if anybody needs parts I'll let em go cheap or even trade. If you'd like to give me a call just let me know. tuscpc@earthlink.net.

Long of the short... I've got parts and I need a few things for mine, and its going to be a winter project, so I'd be willing to work out a deal just to get me finished and help someone else out.

Just an update centuryghost is taking the carbs. Well as soon as I get a paypal set up. Should have done that in the first place. Oh well I wasn't too sure how people liked to pay for stuff.

The carbs are shipping to centuryghost today. So, they are no longer available.

The chain guard I have is pretty useless since whoever took it off has bent and broken part of it.

The head light has chrome pitting and is missing the adjusting bolt.

I was the first to have interest in the headlight, I asked for the price but received no reply. Now it's sold. Is it because noone wants to ship to Canada?
