Nice job!

Those Suzuki emblems are about $14 each at a dealer if you want originals.

Thank you for the kind words...

I may just make some blank discs that go on side covers, not sure I wanna spend another $28.00 on this pig, LOL....

Well, tomorrow I hope to at least get the motor hung in the frame, if I'm really ambitious I may get around to putting in the Swingarm bearings and mounting that as well.

Got a good start tonight though, cleaned the immediate area of assembly, laid out only the tools, bolts, spacers and nuts that I will need, and once I have a night of sleep under my belt, and my buddy comes over, we can get the 1st step of assembly completed, hopefully easily.

Quick question for you. Do you have an inside track for powder coating? To have that done commercially would cost a pretty penny. Just asking.

I had it done commercially from a guy who kinda knows (Lives on the same street) my brother. It wasn't cheap in my estimation, but was something I was willing to pay for after repeatedly screwing up with a rattle can.

Let me know if you want anything powder coated and I can point you in his companies direction...

Well we all know (well we should) that powder coating is like 10 times stronger then paint! SO yeah I would like to powder caot a lot of shaZam!..as I think many people would:)

It does seem more durable, 10 times more durable?, well Im not going to test that claim, LOL...

Just let me know (I have no commercial interest in his business, just passing along info.)

Coming from you Seamax, I take that as a HUGE compliment, seriously...You are, IMHO one of the "One's" on this site, so thank you.

I think I'm going to reach out to Budda to see if he wants a shot (Paid) at jetting these carbs to get me somewhat close...I have the dis-assembled, cleaned and all of that, and am comfortable with jetting, but with his experience I think it will make a horrendous issue, somewhat less perplexing.
