Not a real big fan of after market exhausts because if their acoustics on a GS. Quite a few aesthetically appeal to me and then I found this one on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bo5V6WKTTU&NR=1 don't know if anyone has any experience with this?

It's a little pricey at over 300 bones!
I would probably have to hear it at higher revs to give an opinion. The best exhaust I have heard on a GS was the WACS one from Brazil.

Ok you converted me I do like the acoustics of this one the best so far and it looks pretty cool.

I take it the WAC is not available in the states?
I am not sure about that as I am not in the States but they have a website -

As it is Brazilian you may wanna brush up on your Portuguese :icon_lol:
The clip I showed you was a full system too so I guess that would include new headers.

Yeh the one I showed was a full system, not just the can. So he would have replaced from the headers back. Still sounds nice with just a slip on.
Sounds about the same as the Tri-Oval I have on mine.
OK, you tech savy people post a link to the best sounding pipe "ON A GS500E 89-01" Cause I have an 04 F and I know the difference. And to be honest I think Suzuki got it right in '04 stock.
That has always been a sticking point with me the sound. If you look cool on the bike and it sounds like a tractor what's the point? I know, quiet. It's about riding but I want it all.

Why don't you just put an '04 OEM exhaust system on your '90, then ? You should be able to buy about six of them for $300.
You know I had considered that but I am sure there is some slight differences that would need some adjustment with the jets? :dunno_black:
I think a phone call to a serviceperson, or a search on this board should answer that question.
so does anyone else have something constructive to say or does Safe-T become the lone negative person? And by the way I will remember that my friend!
Just do it, don't worry about the jets. I never did, and currently do not on the gixxer either. The worst it'll do is shoot flames, and that's badass.
