I have a chance to get forks from a 2000 gsf600 but I don't know what mods I might need to make to install them. Has anyone done this swap and what can I expect to change over to put them on.

Yea, dont do 2000, 89-96 is better.

Too many things, calipers for one. Most all else is better too. The 97+ takes wider front wheel. A waste on a GS.
