Post by: redhawkdancing on November 02, 2010, 07:21:43 AM
You could probably get at least half that for the clip-ons!

He said the guy coming to get it was giving him $300 ( I guess to "lock" the sale ) for it and was on his way...

I'd assume he did...but the add is still up- but not everyone jumps right on cl to delete their adds when something sells the way I and many others do...

Anyway.

It's up to $300 now. I guess he didn't make the sell. He also says there is no title. Definitely a parts or track bike. If I was inclined to drive down to VA this weekend, I would give him $200 and part it out.

Heh....

Said he'd call me if it didn't sell...Ok...Right...

I'll wait a week... Too many bikes in the garage now...but  I can always squeeze another Gs in somewhere...

Kay got the clip ons to finish her bike and I now have another POS taking up space at my parents house, I'm sure my father is thrilled

my 93 sat in my parents backyard for 8 years. my dad almost looked disappointed a couple weeks ago when I loaded it into my truck.

He'd probably be more sympathetic if it was the only thing taking up space, The other 6 bikes, 2 trailers and one Camaro aren't helping things    ;)

Ideally I would if I could ever find that elusive "free time" thing I hear others speak of     I have another GS in my father's garage that PachmanP took the front end off of.  I'm thinking of stripping the parts of it to put this one back together.  Once again, if I ever find the time   :thumb:

Yup ... to top it off, I dont have space either ... apparently there is a continuum of those 2. So lets get some continuum and we'll be set.
Cool.
