I think you could slightly smooth out the scratches then touch up with a touch up pen from Colorrite. Might not be brand new but would look pretty close. Or just completely repaint it.
Black: Was on Junior. Slightly files scratches and repainted with matching paint then baked it. Needs a logo circle or something else to fill in the inside as the logo on it was in really bad shape.
