Post by: bassman on November 20, 2010, 10:21:27 AM
I've been reading some of the posts after not visiting the site for some time. Can somebody tell what the reference to 'GOATS' means? :embarrassed:

Goats is named after the first person here to have the problem - Goat - just like diseases are named after the doctors that make them up discover them. It's basically the magnets on the flywheel coming loose - epoxy all broken away and so on... loose flywheel magnets.

Diseases are not named for the first doctor who observes it, its named for the first patient.
Unless you know that Lou Gherig was a doctor and baseball player.
Yes goat was the first with goats, though several others came right after ... buddha, starwalt, se7enty7 and so on.
Cool.
Buddha.
