Title: Need to put a heater in my garage...
Post by: madjak30 on November 24, 2010, 08:32:59 AM
I want to get started on the bike maintenance...replace the rear rubber, clean up all the little things that need looked at...but -35C (-31F) this morning... :o >:( :cookoo:...FRIKIN COLD MAN!!...I think I will pick a construction heater up this weekend and wire it in...I also have some work to do around the house that will require some stain being applied (not an in the house project)...

I am missing my rides already, not sure if I can go another four months (or so) before taking the bike out again...bleh...

Later... :dunno_black:

I wish gas would just freeze and get it over with. I remember trying to mess with my bike in my parents garage. You'd get one drop of cold gasoline on your hand and thought it was going to fall off, haha. Keep everything in my basement now, and it's the warmest room in the house in winter, not to mention the coolest room in summer.  :thumb:

Unfortunately, that isn't an option for me...finished basement...plus this is as good an excuse to have a heated garage as any... :icon_twisted: :thumb:

You'll be happy...SAFE-T has me thinking MT-01 again...or M90...or Bandit...or V-Strom DL1000... :icon_lol: :icon_mrgreen: :cookoo:

I know I'll never make up my mind until I go plunk down the cash...

Later.
