Title: 97 Part out starting.
Post by: jp on December 21, 2010, 12:46:43 PM
I'm starting to pull stuff off my bike to part it out. I don't have a lot of room to work in my garage, and I can't always work for more than an hour or so a night; so it's going to take some time for me to get parts ready to ship. I plan on getting another bike by mid March, so I hope to have this one gone by then. Let me know if there is anything you need.

I have a signal generator from the old engine on my 97. $20 shipped to your door.

Hello, I would be interested in the rear side covers, if you still have them. Thanks

The bodywork isn't in the best shape. I had to epoxy the center section to one side cover to get everything to mount as solid as possible. I'll get some pictures up so you can see if you're still interested.

Do you have the standard bar mounting tripple?

I've got a UK bike and looking to replace my clipons (I know...) for the US bar version so I can have a bit more upright (for comfort reasons) riding position.

All the best

Sorry but the lighting isn't the best, if you want better lighting to decide it will have to wait until next week. I've got too much stuff to do to get ready for Christmas to try to get it now.

I have the standard triple, but I won't be ready to pull it for a while. I don't have a lot of space in my garage, and I need to be able to move the bike around. I'll give you first dibs on them when I get that far, but it probably won't be for a couple of months.  I've got about 8 hours of work just to rearrange stuff so I can make room to put the frame up on a lift to strip the front end off, and that won't start until sometime after new years.
