If the economy does recover by 13, we may have a few good years, but by 2015, it will take a nose dive especially in the northern US. The real estate in that region will be near worthless. In fact I think by 2020 we'd see whole northern cities "detroitised" and pretty soon I'd venture to guess it will revert to agriculture. Why ?

Retiring old people will make it so.

Aye. my home isin probate as i speak,so either i may come south and settle, or go north and grab something cheap. idk :dunno_white:

Sure.. it will recover.. The Feds are going to pass the new regs allowing us to PRINT MORE MONEY!!!  :nono: More debt!!! WOO!!!! Yea.. Not looking good, not at all   :cookoo:

Printing $ isn't debt. Its inflation, and in a way it will hurt the ones that saved (old retirees) and the ones that lent us $ (china, UAE, Saudi Arabia) more than it would hurt us.
We have to basically start making things, the instant china stops pegging its currency to ours, there goes the cheap crap from china.
