Is anyone else tired of sellers and buyers that don't freaking communicate. Either they put crap up for sale and then go awol, or they say there interested in buying your crap and then disappear. I don't get it, I mean I know people have lives and all, I do too, but come on it gets annoying.
agreed. to me politeness is communication. at least in a semi timely fashion
maybe they are intimidated by your hairy palms. :icon_mrgreen:
That's why I don't advertise much for sale. Too many people say they want it, you hold it for a month and then never hear from them.

Yes this happens around me all the time. The biggest offenders have been blacklisted, and those 3 clowns accounted for over 75%.
BTW I hate this - the reverse of it. One guy gave me 2 amps that were DOA. I fix one for him and the other one for myself, Like the payment too was a dead amp.
Luckily I fixed the payment amp first - I swear not on purpose. Read on you'd see.
I called him saying I give up on his amp, to come and get it.
A month+ goes by ... he's likely forgotten about it. I am getting tired of holding on to it with kid gloves, cos I am very careless with mine, other stuff I handle great. Then while searching for a yamaha CR440 schematic, I find a Pioneer sx440 one - his amp, and figure out it cannot be dead the way he said it was. I open it up and find its dead alright, but different to his description. I fix it and call him saying its fixed - and really nothign was wrong with it, he was a chowderhead to come and get it.
Another month goes by ... WTF.
Then one day I drive over to his place - ~5-6 miles out of my way and hand it to him. Double WTF.
Anyway he lets me borrow reel tapes etc, so we're cool.
Cool.
Buddha.
