Seem straight. These were on Trey and I didn't notice anything wrong when riding. Placed them on flat cement and they look really straight. If they are not straight, it is so minor you can't tell. I only state this because this is a used bike and I do not know the whole history of the bars. They should clean up pretty well or paint them.

They look rustier than they are. You're seeing reflections of the brown wood of the car port.
