Title: Friend died :(
Post by: Toogoofy317 on February 28, 2011, 08:41:22 PM
My goodness I want this month over! February has never been a good month for me anyhow but was playing the PS3 today and saw alot of my friends with RIP in their status bar so I asked what's up. Found out that one of my clan died in a tragic fire last Friday! Much like me he was disabled and plays call of duty to unwind and feel a little normal. Apparently, his space heater caught fire and he couldn't get out in time due to his disability. I'm really bummed out because I considered him a friend although we never met in real life.

I'll be praying for you and your family Boxenwolf!

Mary

i know that feeling. had a clan-mate/friend die in 07, did one of those online memorials, and  youtubed it. ( on private) had 315 ppl roughly show up for that. we poplocked a server lol . what a way to be remembered. many of them were "enemy" but showed up out of respect, and nobody crashed it.

My condolences on your and the family's loss.

I second that.  I lost a close friend in '99 and still miss him.

Hey, Scratch!  I love your motto!  I don't really care what I'm riding.  I've always been in it for the ride.  That said, having a bike that doesn't break all the time is a bonus because it keeps me riding rather than wrenching and/or waiting for parts.

Wow, the hits just keep on coming! When I went to work this weekend found out that two of the reg event staff weren't there found out on Tuesday that it was because the husband killed the wife then himself. Is life really that bad? I haven't seemed to notice that. Also, last week another event staffer died in a freak car accident four people I know in a week and a half is that like some kind of bad record :icon_question:

I have surgery on m shoulder on Friday wish me well please!

am always prayin for ya mary. you know this. youve got my number im as close as a phone call. disability turned me down again . so ill have to do something rash to get them to release my records, and do the job i paid docs to do in teh beginning. but mary damn, i dont understand the murder suicide thing. can people just leave the other. or is it a psych thing where its like " if i cant have him/her, than no one else can either"?
