Greetings everyone! It has been a while since I have posted.
I have a 2001 gs500 (owned it since 2004). I have a "Superchips" label on my gas tank. It appears to be similar in composition as the Suzuki label and is under the clear coat (like it came from the factory). Anyone know what it is? I have always been curious, but never thought to ask.

Well that explains some things, like why I had to pry the seat out of my butt crack after the first ride :icon_eek: I thought "it's only a 500". Pulled up to a stop sign revved it a little and the next thing I know I'm looking at the sky trying to figure out how to ride on one wheel. The bike also has a 42T sprocket, K&N lunch box, and, evidently, has been rejetted. I just couldn't figure what the Superchips logo was all about.

Haha, I don't know much about it, I just googled "superchips" and that was the first link, and it had to do with motorcycles. I'd definitely love to try out a gs500 that has a problem keeping the front wheel on the ground. that's not a normal problem.
The label on the fuel tank emits an ion field which interacts with the bike's thronomister, causing a Gaussian anomaly in the non-Newtonian gravitational wave. The position of the bike's Centre of Relative Gravity in relation to the hyper-modified n-N wave causes a sub-critical shift in the tertiary molecular bonds which can induce unexpected wheelies. The addition of clip-ons usually reduces the shift to a point in the magnetic continuum that reduces this effect to a manageable level.
Those stickers are as rare as rocking horse sh*t, you lucky, lucky bastard (but don't forget the clip-ons).

lol Superchips... Maybe a dynojet kit, but since it isn't fuel injected I can tell you for sure you dont have a superchip or power commander on it. I never understood the sticker thing anyway. I don't care if I had $5000 in the motor and it was all built by a company, I still wouldn't put their stickers on my bike.
I once bought a bike that had a `Guinness` sticker on the tank, guess what it was full of.......yeah.......fookin petrol!! :D

i had a 14 45 on mine once. never went on the highway with it, but was cruising the streets in 6th at 45 prolly running 6 k or so. i dont feel like doing the math right now but that was a fun setup. till i enrolled in a college that was 100 miles away.
