I feel my rejet went successful as I have been able to get the GS to start. The video shows the starting and warming up. However I have white exhaust smoke when the rpm's hit 4K with full choke during warmup. It does go away when I bring the choke down once warmed up but I have stalled a couple times while sitting idle at a stop light. When that happens I have to push myself to the median. I then start the GS up and have white smoke again, but only for about 30seconds.
Please help me out with troubleshooting. Here is the video:

You want to keep your rpms on choke at maybe 2500 rpms max for warm up- if it starts to climb - give it less choke. Cold air....27 degrees....hot exhaust starting to come out of the engine...Normal.
Stalled at idle....what's is your idle rpm at after warmed up?
That's steam from moisture, at the 1:37 mark where the idle took off...you can use less choke at this point, 2000-2500 Rpm is all you need
Thanks for the tip on warming up. I was holding it at 4K for about 5-10 minutes. My idle is good at 1100-1300 but I have stalled a couple times while in 1st gear but waiting at a light. Maybe it's my clutch use? I have the clutch pulled in while awaiting the green light. When the light goes green I give some throttle and slowly come off the clutch. However I have some shudder when giving throttle and as I come off the clutch the GS stalls. I pull it over, start it back up, see some white smoke for a few seconds and then I'm riding again.
Thanks everyone for the continued replies and suggestions.
i have never gotten mine to smoke like that, but i ride my gs for about 2-3 miles every morning on 1/4 choke. i also try not to let it sit over about 2500 rpms on warm up, i just keep adjusting the choke down to keep the rpms down. part way through a nice 3 1/2 hour ride the other night i noticed i was idling about 3k rpms, so i just pulled over and adjusted it down to 1500, and its been fine ever since! i think the stupid place i bought it from adjusted it high while it was still cold. :dunno_black: i would say give yours a few miles to get warm, make sure its running good with the choke off, then maybe turn it up a few hundred rpms.
