Hey guys,

Bought a pulse generator on eBay but it didn't come with this part:

Anyone know where I can find one (Dealer sells for $80

My original was damaged in an accident I had last year.

Thanks!

Bike bandit has it cheaper that $80. Not sure about shipping.
If it was the older type, I could have hooked you up. :(
The same part is used from 04-09 and somebody with a busted F engine should have one lying around. GL.

post something in the 'wanted' section in the classifieds. I just sold one for $5 a week ago because it sat in a box in my basement for 7 years and I was finally tired of it!

How soon do you need a pulse (signal) rotor? I have one in storage, from a 2005 or 2006 model, so I'm POSITIVE that it is the EXACT same part you're looking for, at least according to that diagram you're showing... The rotors have changed since the original 1989 model was released; the one I have is for the GS500F, which was introduced in 2004 in the US...

It will take me a few days, maybe a week or so, to dig it out and ship it to you, if you decide you want it. I'll sell it for $50 shipped; ElBanditos sells it new for $74.62, plus whatever tax and shipping they add... so probably about $80 delivered. If you want to save about $30, and you're willing to wait, I can go to my storage unit next week and ship it to you. I'm going back into the hospital in the morning (today, Saturday), but I expect to be released within a week to ten days, so I could probably ship it NLT the 20th, probably between the 15th and 19th...

Let me know what you want to do; if you don't want to wait a little while to save some cash, I'll dig it out and have it ready to go the next time someone needs one of these critters...

I'm interested but thought they would be a little cheaper. I'm in Canada so shipping would be more expensive. I don't need it for a month or so. Give me a final price.

Anyone know where I can find one of these? I'm in a bit of a hurry to get this bike fixed and don't really have the cash to buy a brand new one from the dealer.
