Bought it at Radioshack with built-in fuse. Got some electrical tape, zip-ties, and extra 18 gauge wire. Easy mod. Now I can charge my phone while riding.

I have an order in for a mount for my HTC Evo. Will mount that on the bike and should have a robust phone/gps solution.

:)

A very useful mod! Looks great!  8)

I needed a cell charger, as well, but I took an even easier route and got a Deltran accessory power port. It connects to your Battery Tender pigtail and charges in your saddlebags or tankbag. It's always on, but I always take my cell with me, when I park my bike, so that isn't a problem. :thumb:

nice. seems like a tender is expensive though. this entire mod cost me about $20 and wiring it up was simple since the battery is right under the seat.

The power port was $10 and I already had the pigtail, since I use a Battery Tender. I use the BT whenever my bike sits for quite a while, like over winter or while I'm on vacation. Really saves on the batteries. I had a 10 yr old Virago that still had the original battery, when I sold it. I hope to have the same experiance with this Suzuki.   :bstar: :star: :rstar:
