Aww, thanks guys I was having a rough night! My stomach is killing me I just want to be healthy. Uhm, wow RN just gave me a shot of Morphine head rush LOL. Final is tomorrow my BF e-mailed her yesterday but no reply he also brought my netbook up with my phone charger. So, at least I got a good way to connect and get my GS fix!

I just have to figure out how to get Flick home from work if I'm stuck here after surgery.

Time will fly by. Go out and give Flick a hug.
Remember when I couldn't ride for a while? I let my bikes know I still cared and they were OK. Even started them up one day just so they knew I cared.
Now I really appreciate being back on Suzi and Junior. Rain? Cold? meh! At least I am back riding.
You'll get through it.

At worst, do what I did - I bought another bike while I couldn't ride  :cookoo:  That's Trey. It helped settle my non-riding anxiety. (Happy pills help, but not in the same way.)

:whisper: If I had the money Adidas I would be buying another bike. Oh boy if that gets out Flick will do something. That little turd had me to the point I can't even talk about another bike LOL. Anyone else got a bike that blackmails you.

They are going to keep me tonight to do the surgery in the morning. Hope it goes well. They switched my rooms from a pretty private one to a dingy blue/pink and a roomate that doesn't speak English. FML!

I'm sore but not as bad as I thought it would be start PT in the morning was suprised so soon! It almost got cancelled because of a lazy cardiologist. Thought he would pull a stunt @ 2300 call said I don't have cardiac clearance I went off on my ortho who took it out on cardio needless to say clearance was called in 10 min b4 the surgery. ugh!

Here are a couple of songs that keep me going! I remember hearing this song the first time at church when I was having a bad night sitting in the foyer waiting for the ambulance. I thought "Wow, even in my struggles God still hear's me and felt every tear I cried that night"

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXsiWoyjw60

This one our choir did on Easter the Easter I messed my shoulder up which partly resulted in yesterday's surgery but I find myself at this crossroad often. Did some research and I found it interesting that she has the same heart problem I do.

It still amazes me that someone cared so much to do that for a person like me! Enjoy

Keep on plugging Mary.  Sounds like you are quite feisty and that is what it takes some times.  Prayers are with you.

Well, PT said it will at least be a week before I get insurance permissions. I know my ortho stressed how important getting right into PT would be for my surgery! I'm sure He's going to hit the roof when I stop by on Monday to drop that I won't be able to until May 10th!

Got a bit more ROM dressing guess comes off today I'll get a friend to help me. got to get a bath tonight.

Mary, I hope you're recovering well and I hope you're at least somewhat comfortable, but I'm not sure the results of your bowel movements were appropriate here.  Like the kids say, T.M.I.!

Trust me Bill I was being modest on the graphic part. Found out today my Crohn's is considered unstable and I can't be treated with a biologic anymore, prednisone makes me lose my mind literally and the only med left insurance won't cover. My GI wants me to see a Crohn's specialist but he only accepts good insurance which mine apparently is not. My shoulder is still very stiff! Something is amiss I see my primary tomorrow. We are very close I remember her telling me that she was a resident at the hospital nearest Ground Zero I may ask her thoughts on recent events.

Oof. I hope you can get the care you need and you deserve. Sometimes our Canadian system doesn't seem so bad after all.
